Nifé Kara is the Founder and Chief Experience Architect of Pearls360 Design & Planning, where strategy, hospitality, technology, and creative vision come together to architect extraordinary experiences.
With a professional background spanning accounting, banking, hospitality, business operations, and technology, Nifé brings a unique perspective to the world of events. Her foundation in accounting and experience in banking strengthened her understanding of financial management, business, and strategic decision making. Her time in the hotel industry shaped her appreciation for hospitality, service, and the guest experience. Later, her experience as a Cloud Engineer expanded her perspective on technology, systems, innovation, and architecture, teaching her how individual components can be thoughtfully built to work together as one.
Today, those experiences influence the way Nifé leads Pearls360.
For Nifé, an extraordinary event is about far more than creating a beautiful space. Every element, from the budget and planning to logistics, design, florals, production, technology, atmosphere, and the guest journey, should work together with intention. She considers not only how an event will look, but how it will function, how it will feel, and ultimately, how it will be remembered.

Lara Akintade serves as Pearls360’s Senior Lead Planner & Manager, overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of every client experience. She leads the planning process from initial strategy through event day, managing timelines, vendor partnerships, logistics, and production while ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed.

Tany Odufuwa
Tany Odufuwa is the creative force behind Pearls360’s signature aesthetic. As Head Design Architect, she leads the creative vision for every event, overseeing concept development, event styling, floral artistry, spatial design, and installation.
