Where Imagination Meets Grandeur

Welcome

Thank you for your interest in Pearls360 Design & Planning.

We are excited to learn more about your celebration. Following your Consultation Call, this Discovery Questionnaire is the next step in our planning process. Your responses will help our team understand your vision, event requirements, and planning priorities so we can prepare for a productive Discovery Session.

Whether you’re planning a wedding, children’s birthday party, adult birthday celebration, baby shower, bridal shower, corporate event, gala, fundraiser, anniversary, intimate dinner, destination celebration, or another milestone occasion, our goal is to create an experience that is thoughtful, beautifully designed, and uniquely yours.

Before You Begin

Please note:

• This questionnaire must be completed before your Discovery Session.
• Please answer each question as thoroughly as possible. The more information you provide, the better we can prepare for your consultation.
• Venue walk-throughs, design presentations, and planning meetings begin after your agreement has been signed and your retainer has been received.
• Outdoor events require additional planning and logistics. If any portion of your event will take place outdoors, please indicate this below so we can properly prepare.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Pearls360 Discovery Questionnaire. Your responses provide valuable insight into your vision and allow our team to prepare intentionally for your Discovery Session. We carefully review every submission to ensure our recommendations are personalized, thoughtful, and aligned with your celebration.

What Happens Next?

• Our team will review your completed questionnaire.
• We will prepare for your scheduled Discovery Session.
• During your Discovery Session, we’ll discuss your vision, planning goals, logistics, design direction, and the services best suited for your celebration.
